About the Founder
A board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who built Legacy Creek Community Wellness on a single conviction: lifestyle medicine works best when it's actually lived.
Maloma Greene, MSN, FNP-C, DipACLM
For many years, Maloma Greene served as a critical care nurse in the intensive care unit, caring for some of the sickest patients in the hospital. During that time, she began asking an important question: How could patients be helped long before they ever reached the ICU?
Motivated by that question, she became a Family Nurse Practitioner and transitioned into primary care. Over time, she came to a clearer realization — fifteen-minute medical visits alone were not enough to address the root causes of chronic disease. After discovering lifestyle medicine, she pursued additional training and became a Diplomate of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine — the field's board-level credential — joining a growing community of clinicians applying evidence-based lifestyle interventions to prevent, improve, and reverse chronic conditions.
Legacy Creek Community Wellness Foundation was created to bring those interventions into a community setting — a place where individuals can learn, practice, and sustain the habits that support long-term health.
